(A) Applicants for service, either within or outside the corporate limits, in addition to the cost of approved installation, shall pay non-refundable connection fees in the amount of $250 for water service, and in the amount of $250 for sewer service.
(B) A cash performance bond in the amount of $200 must be deposited with the Water and Sewer Department prior to the installation of a water service line or sewer service line. This bond shall be returned to the applicant upon the satisfactory completion of the service line hookup and inspection and approval by the duly authorized representative of the village.
