(A) When it is necessary to make a repair to an existing residential septic system that is unable to make a connection to a gravity public sewer, this section may be used as a guideline. The repairs shall not be in conflict with this subchapter or State Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-8.3 and IAC 6-8.3-32.
(B) The County Health Officer may issue repair permits for the installation of private sewage disposal systems under the State Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-8.3-53(i).
