(A) The County Health Officer or his or her agent may inspect the work at any stage of construction. The owner or his or her agent shall notify the County Health Officer when the work is ready for inspection, and before any underground portions are covered.
(B) If the County Health Officer or his or her agent finds that the sewage disposal system has not been constructed in accordance with the standards established by this subchapter, he or she shall order any corrections as are necessary to bring the system into compliance.
