§ 34.07 NOTICE OF DELINQUENT TAXES.
   The County Treasurer is authorized to:
   (A)   Give notice to delinquent personal property taxpayers by regular U.S. mail; and
   (B)   Publish in a local newspaper or Fortville City Shopper the names and amounts owed of those who fail to respond within 30 days after the notice specified by division (A) above is deposited in the U.S. mail.
