(A) Pursuant to Indiana law, there is established a countywide enhanced emergency telephone system and all of the provisions of that chapter are hereby adopted.
(B) There is hereby imposed for each exchange access facility in the county a monthly fee in the amount of $2.20. The fee shall be collected, distributed and used pursuant to the terms of Indiana law.
