§ 32.05 COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT; BOARD OF HEALTH.

(A) A full-time County Health Department is established, and shall enforce state laws, state rules, and local ordinances pertaining to health and sanitation within the county.

(B) There is hereby established the County Board of Health consisting of seven members.
