§ 32.21 DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
   The Department of Economic Development, controlled by the Economic Development Commission, be and is hereby created and granted all powers and duties of the Department and the Commission as set forth in I.C. 36-7-11.9 and I.C. 36-7-12.
