(A) A surety bond in the amount listed shall be filed for these officeholders:
(1) County Treasurer: $300,000;
(2) County Clerk: $300,000;
(3) County Sheriff: $150,000;
(4) County Auditor: $50,000;
(5) County Auditor/Solid Waste: $30,000;
(6) County Assessor: $15,000;
(7) County Coroner: $15,000;
(8) County Recorder: $15,000;
(9) County Surveyor: $15,000.
(B) A blanket surety bond for faithful performance in the amount of $5,000 for all employees required to be covered by I.C. 5-4-1-18.
