§ 151.04 OPERATION OF AREA PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Area Planning Department shall be operated out of monies appropriated by the county.
   (B)   Any municipality may withdraw from the Area Planning Department by adopting an ordinance to that effect and certifying a copy of that ordinance to all of the municipalities that are members.
