§ 151.01 ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

(A) All references to the Hancock County Comprehensive Plan refer to the Hancock County Comprehensive Plan adopted August 29, 2005 via Resolution 2005-8-3 and all amendments thereto.

(B) Two copies of the Comprehensive Plan are on file and open for public inspection. One copy shall be maintained in the County Auditor’s Office, and one copy shall be maintained in the Plan Commission Office.
