§ 33.27 FEDERAL EQUITABLE SHARE PACE FUND.

There is hereby established the Federal Equitable Share PACE Fund for the purpose or receiving federal equitable share funds. Such funds shall be appropriated by the County Council only for purposes permitted by relevant federal rules.
