§ 33.26 SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT K-9 POLICE DOG FUND.

There is hereby established a Sheriff’s Department K-9 Police Dog Fund for the purpose of receiving money from donors to purchase and train police dogs, as well as any costs of maintenance. The Sheriff’s Department may use the Fund to pay the expenses necessary to accomplish the purpose of the Fund.
