§ 91.63 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Health Officer may suspend or revoke the permit of any tattoo artist, body piercer or operator of a tattoo parlor or body piercing facility for any period of time for any violation of this subchapter or state or federal regulations concerning bloodborne pathogens, tattoos or work-place regulations (OSHA). The suspension or revocation shall be effective upon issuance by the Health Officer. The operator, body piercer or artist may have the permit reinstated upon compliance with this subchapter, the state or federal regulation concerning bloodborne pathogens, tattoos, body piercing or work place regulations (OSHA) to the satisfaction of the Health Officer. Appeals of orders of revocation shall be conducted pursuant to I.C. 4-21.5-3. The Board of Health shall conduct administrative hearings concerning the suspension or revocation of any permit issued herein as set forth in I.C. 4-21.5-3.
