§ 91.58 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   This subhapter shall be enforced by the Hancock County Health Department.
   (B)   Any citizen who desires to register a complaint under this subchapter may initiate enforcement with either the Hancock County Health Department or the Hancock County Emergency Operations Center.
   (C)   The Health Department shall, while an establishment is undergoing otherwise mandated inspections, inspect for compliance with this subhapter.
   (D)   An owner, manager, operator, or employee of an establishment regulated by this subchapter shall inform persons violating this section of the appropriate provisions thereof.
