§ 91.57 SEVERABILITY. 
   If any section or sentence or provision of this subchapter, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any of the other sections, sentences, provisions or application of this subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this subchapter are declared to be severable.
