(A) There is hereby created the Hancock County Emergency Operations Center Management Board. The members of the Board are:
(1) Hancock County Sheriff;
(2) Greenfield Police Chief;
(3) A Town Marshal appointed by the Board of Commissioners;
(B) (1) The Sheriff and the Police Chief shall be members so long as they hold their positions.
(2) The Town Marshal shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners.
(C) The Board shall elect one of its members to serve as President. The President's term expires each January 1.
(D) The Board has:
(1) The authority to set and enforce policy concerning computer operations; and
(2) Budgetary control with regard to personnel and equipment in the Center.
