(A) Any violation of this subchapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50. Repeated violations shall result in the fine as set forth below:

Fourth Violation | $1,000 |
Fifth Violation | $2,500 |
(B) Each day a violation remains uncollected is a distinct and separate violation subject to an additional fine in the amount set forth above. All fines prescribed by this section for violations shall be paid to the County Plan Commission, who shall render to the person making the payment a receipt stating the amount and purpose for which the fine has been paid, a duplicate of which shall be made a part of the records of the county. All fines thus received shall be deposited in the General Fund of the county.
