§ 150.106 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration or repair of any building or structure, the cost of which exceeds $1,000.
   (B)   Construction is prohibited unless in conformity with a valid building permit obtained from the Building Official prior to commencement of construction.
