§ 130.05 DELEGATING AUTHORITY OVER TOBACCO PRODUCTS ON HOSPITAL GROUNDS.

Authority to regulate the use of tobacco products upon real estate owned by Hancock County upon which is located Hancock Memorial Hospital facilities is hereby delegated to the Board of the Hancock Memorial Hospital. The Board may establish fines for the violation of its rule to a maximum of $100.
