§ 112.04 TERM OF FRANCHISE.

The franchise and right herein granted shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after the final passage of this chapter and upon filing of acceptance by the company, and shall continue in force and effect for a term of 15 years after the effective date of this franchise.
