(A) No massage parlor or massage therapist license may be issued to a person who is not of good moral character.
(B) No massage therapist license may be issued to a person who has not reached the age of 21 years old.
(C) No massage parlor or massage therapist license may be issued to a person who has had a similar license previously revoked in this or another jurisdiction.
