The person operating a food service establishment, temporary food service establishment or retail food store shall, upon the request of the Health Officer, permit the Health Officer access to all parts of the food service establishment, temporary food service establishment or retail food store, and shall permit copying any or all records relative to the enforcement of this subchapter.
