§ 91.02 COUNTY WEED CONTROL BOARD.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be administered by the County Weed Control Board, hereinafter referred to as “the Board.”
   (B)   All decisions and actions required by this subchapter may be made on behalf of the Board by the County Weed Specialist, except as provided in § 91.04.
