(A) The County Board of Health shall hear appeals of any order, requirement, decision or determination made under this subchapter by the County Health Officer or his or her agent.
(B) The Board may, upon a finding that it will not constitute a health hazard, reduce the square footage requirements for the absorption field size for a subdivision lot that was platted before April 23, 1973.
