(A) All absorption systems located on sloped ground shall be constructed according to the requirements set by the State Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-8.3.
(B) No private sewage disposal system shall serve more than one single structure. The County Health Officer may approve any variance if the system is of sufficient capacity.
(C) All components of a private sewage disposal system shall be maintained in good working order at all times.
(D) No part of a private sewage disposal system, excluding the perimeter drain, shall be located closer than 25 feet to a drain tile, regulated drain, or watercourse. (See § 50.53)
(E) No part of a private sewage disposal system shall be located closer than 50 feet to a pond, retention pond, lake, or reservoir pursuant to State Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-8.3.
(F) All plastic sewer pipe shall meet the standards set out by the State Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-8.3-67.
