§ 32.19 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   The members of the Recreation Commission shall elect their own Chairperson and the Director of Recreation may be the Commission Secretary. The Commission shall also elect other necessary officers and shall have powers to adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of all business within the jurisdiction of the Commission.
