§ 32.18 TERMS; VACANCIES; COMPENSATION.

Appointments shall be for a term of one year and will be made at the first City Council meeting in September each year. All appointments for the purpose of filling vacancies shall be for the unexpired term. Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
