Section 17.10 TERMS ABOLISHED.
   All elective terms of Councilors, including the office of Mayor, that were not filled by way of the General Election on Tuesday, November 8, 1988 shall be abolished at 6:30 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, November 23, 1988.
