Unless renewed, revoked, or otherwise terminated in the interim, the rental license shall be valid from the time that it is issued until it expires at 11:59 p.m. on June 30 of the then-current year. Rental licenses shall renew on an annual basis, but only if the following conditions are satisfied:
(A) On or before 30 days prior to expiration, the licensee shall remit the then-present administration fee due to the City Clerk and submit the license renewal application, which shall be made available by the city. The renewal application shall require that the applicant reaffirm that the residential rental property is in compliance with the Residential Rental Property Code;
(B) The residential rental property has no outstanding amounts due to the city, including utility bills, greater than six-months delinquent;
(C) The property is not presently in violation of any provisions of the City of Hancock Code of Ordinances, including this Residential Rental Property Code.
