§ 150.33 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief and of each police officer of the city to make complaint for any violation of this subchapter, and neglect or refusal so to do shall be sufficient cause for removal from office.
   (B)   Every person who shall neglect for 24 hours after being notified in writing, or otherwise, by the Fire Chief to put any chimney, hearth, fireplace, fire arch, oven, stove pipes, boilers, kettles or other structures or apparatus which may be dangerous or liable to cause or promote fires, in a safe condition, or to construct the same so that it will be safe, shall be punished as hereinafter provided.
   (C)   For each and every day during which a building shall be suffered to remain erected contrary to the provisions of this subchapter the owner of such building or the party having in charge the construction, removal, or repairing thereof, may be complained of, and the same shall constitute a distinct offense, for which such person shall be punished as hereinbefore provided.
