§ 150.30 CHIMNEYS.

Every chimney hereafter erected within the limits of the city shall be so constructed as to admit of being scraped, brushed, and cleaned, and shall be provided with the flue lining. Any chimney or flue built contrary to the provisions of this subchapter shall be removed.
