All regular full-time City of Hancock employees shall be residents of the City. If an employee is not a resident at the time of employment, he/she shall become a resident within ninety (90) days after the beginning of his/her employment and shall remain so throughout his employment with the City. This requirement may be waived when it is determined to be in the best interest of the City. A waiver for any circumstance must be approved by a resolution passed by all seven (7) members of the City Council.
