Section 4.11 PRINTING OF COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS.

The minutes of the City Council shall be printed and made available for public inspection within seven (7) days after the passage thereof. A synopsis of such minutes prepared by the City Clerk-Treasurer and approved by the Mayor, showing the substance of each separate proceedings of the City Council shall be a sufficient compliance with the requirements of this section.
