Section 3.8 ELECTIVE OFFICERS AND TERMS OF OFFICE.

There shall be a City Council of seven (7) members elected at each regular City election: four (4) shall be elected by the qualified voters of the City at large; one shall be elected by the qualified voters of each of the three wards. The terms of the City Councilors shall be two (2) years, beginning the second Wednesday following their election.
