No person shall willfully or maliciously trespass on, damage, remove, destroy, dispose of, injure, break, mar, deface, cut, mutilate, tear, bury, sink or cause to be sunk, cast away, expose, set to drift, burn, or in any way commit, either directly or indirectly upon, with or against, or relative to any property, real or personal, within the limits of the city.
