§ 97.39 LEAVING CAMPSITE UNOCCUPIED.

It shall be unlawful for a registered camping party to leave a campsite unoccupied during the first 24 hours of the permit period. A campsite will be considered to be occupied if one or more members of the registered camping party is in attendance during the nighttime hours of the initial 24-hour period.
