§ 97.13 USE OF PARK AREAS FOR COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to peddle or systematically solicit business of any nature, or to distribute handbills or other advertising matter, to post signs on any lands, waters, structures, or property, or to use such areas as a base of commercial operations without proper written permission. In considering whether or not permission shall be granted, the following will be considered: interference with the safety, health and welfare of the public; need for the service; will the service be a duplication of service available.
