It shall be unlawful for any person, except registered campers and outdoor center and cabin occupants, to enter or remain in a campground, picnic area, beach area, outdoor center, cabin area, or day camp area between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise permitted by posted notice. Campers and outdoor center and cabin occupants shall not be present in a day use facility during the closed hours.
