§ 96.26 EXEMPTIONS.
    (A)   Flower gardens, plots or shrubbery, vegetable gardens and small grains plots are exempt from this section. Such exemption cannot be claimed unless the land has been cultivated and cared for in manner appropriate to such categories. Natural landscaping will be exempted if the owner files a landscaping plan with the city, approved by a licensed landscape architect or similarly qualified individuals. A plat that is less than 60% developed is also exempt.
   (B)   Land that is dangerous or too difficult to cut or effectively maintain due to topography, limited access, or other physical limitations or natural barriers may be exempted from this subchapter at the sole discretion of the City Manager upon written application to the city.
