§ 96.20 DEFINITION.
   As used herein, the following terms shall be defined as follows:
   MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS. Debris such as wood, metal, synthetic materials, glass, wire, brush, rubbish, or other refuse matter that must be removed in order to allow the cutting and removal of noxious weeds.
   NOXIOUS WEEDS. Includes Canada thistle (Circiurn Arvernse), dodders (any species of Cuscuta), Mustards (charlock, black mustard and Indian mustard, species of Brassica or Sinapis), wild carrot (Daucas Carota), bindweed (Convolvulus Arvensis), perennial sowthistle (Sonchus Arvensis), hoary alyssum (Berteroa Incana), ragweed (Ambrosia Elation 1.), Poison ivy (rhus toxicodendron), poison sumac (toxicodendron vernix), together with all other noxious weeds as designated by state, county or city statute.
