§ 92.03 BOARD OF CEMETERY TRUSTEES; POWERS AND DUTIES.

There is hereby granted unto the Board of Cemetery Trustees full power and authority to adopt any lawful orders and regulations necessary for the operation, maintenance, and management of said Cemetery, and the said Board shall have full power to punish all violations of such orders and/or regulations in the manner prescribed in such orders and regulations.
