Even though the Lakeside Cemetery is located in Hancock Township and being beyond the limits of the city, nevertheless, by virtue of Compiled Laws of Michigan, 1929, § 1977, being now also Compiled Laws of Michigan, 1948, § 95.8, all the ordinances of the city which are now in effect and all ordinances of the city which shall hereafter be adopted in the future are hereby made applicable to and shall be enforced within the boundaries of said city-owned Lakeside Cemetery.
