Any person, firm or corporation required by the provisions of this chapter to remove any aforedescribed vehicle who shall fail to do so within the time specified, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $100, imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. Each day that said person, firm or corporation violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
