(A) The provisions set forth in MCLA 257.252 (a) through (d), as well as Section 2.5a of the Michigan Uniform Traffic Code, all of which deal with abandoned vehicles, are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein to the extent applicable to this city.
(B) The Chief of Police or his designee shall report all cars found abandoned on a highway or other place to the Secretary of State, as required by state law.
