§ 72.14 TAMPERING WITH METERS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, injure, bend, break, knock down, tamper with, open or willfully break destroy, or impair the usefulness of any parking meter, post, base, or any part thereof installed under the provisions of this section.
