§ 71.09 CONFLICT WITH STATE LAWS.
   In the event that any section or portion thereof shall be declared to be unlawful or in conflict with any of the existing laws of the state, said declaration shall have application only to that section or part thereof and shall have no application to the remainder of said chapter.
