§ 71.06 LEAVING SNOWMOBILE UNATTENDED.
   No person, owner or operator shall permit a snowmobile to be or remain unattended on the public property of the city while the engine thereof is running or with the keys or other device for actuating the same remaining in the ignition or in place.
