§ 71.05 RESTRICTIONS FOR OPERATING SNOWMOBILES, MOTORCYCLES AND OTHER RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   No person shall operate a snowmobile under the following conditions:
   (A)   While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs, barbital or any derivative of barbital.
   (B)   Unless it is equipped with a muffler in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise and annoying smoke.
   (C)   In a careless or negligent manner so as to endanger persons or property.
   (D)   On private, church, school, public or other property without permission from the property owner or proper authority.
   (E)   On any recreational trail specifically marked and designated for hiking and/or cross country skiing.
   (F)   On the Water Diversion Property, marked and designated as Water Diversion Property.
