§ 71.03 EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO OPERATE SNOWMOBILE IN CITY LIMITS.
   No snowmobile shall be operated within the city limits of the city, as hereinafter provided, unless it has at least one headlight, one taillight, and brakes capable of producing deceleration at 14 feet a second on level ground at a speed of 20 miles an hour, all of said equipment being in operable condition.
