(A) No snowmobile shall be operated within the city limits of the city in accordance with the provisions of this chapter unless and until the same shall be registered by the owner in accordance with the provisions of Act 74 of the Public Acts of 1968 of the state and any subsequent amendments thereof.
(B) No person shall operate a snowmobile on or upon any of the streets or sidewalks of the city, except in those areas and places designated as routes for snowmobile use as hereinafter provided, and at such times as hereinafter provided.
(C) No snowmobile shall be operated in the city, where such operation is permitted in this chapter, after the hour of 12:00 p.m., E.S.T.
